Fill out my 1:1 Coaching Form to find out if we’re the right fit. -
I look for founders and teams where there’s strong chemistry, shared values, and a clear problem I can help solve. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you upfront.
-
My approach to coaching is about making better and faster decisions, in a way that compounds over time.
Sometimes that means pressure-testing a strategy, sometimes helping you see a blind spot, and sometimes just giving you the space to think clearly.
It’s not therapy, and it’s not about me prescribing a playbook. It’s about helping you get to clarity, then execution. -
Mentoring is when someone shares what worked for them.
Consulting is when someone tells you what to do.
What I do is closer to partnership: we define the problem together, find the best path for your situation, and build the discipline to follow through.
You’ll leave with sharper judgment and systems you can reuse. -
Anything that affects performance.
We might refine your fundraising narrative, rebuild investor materials, rework decision processes, align a leadership team, or navigate complex board dynamics.
The agenda comes from what matters most right now. -
Because I’ve been in their seat.
I’ve built companies, raised rounds in good and bad markets, managed boards, and made high-stakes calls when the data was incomplete.
Clients tell me they value my ability to see the investor and operator perspective at once and how I manage to turn that into clear, actionable feedback. -
After you complete my 1:1 Coaching Form, and if I believe we’re a strong match, we’ll start with a call to further explore our fit and define clear objectives.
Once we both agree there’s alignment, we’ll establish milestones and set a consistent cadence. -
Enough to achieve something meaningful.
Some founders work with me through a single raise; others continue across stages.
Fund and corporate relationships often start as short sprints and evolve into ongoing advisory. -
Occasionally, if it makes sense - but that’s never the main focus. My role is to make you investor-ready, not to act as an intermediary.
-
No, I’m not a placement agent or broker. My focus is on using my expertise to equip you with the right tools, and to help you build the story, process, and confidence to raise effectively on your own.
-
Yes, many have closed significant rounds or institutionalized their platforms following our work. But the goal isn’t just to raise money; it’s to build the capabilities that make raising repeatable.
-
It varies by scope.
For founders, I often work on a combination of cash and equity; for funds or corporates, it’s typically a project or retainer model.
I don’t work on success fees or commissions — alignment should come from shared goals, not transactions. -
I regularly volunteer through accelerators, conferences, and events.
Beyond that, engagements are paid so I can bring the full weight of my experience and focus to the relationship. -
If needed, yes — though most of my work is based on trust and discretion, and I treat all client information as confidential by default.
-
Both. Most engagements start with the founder or managing partner and expand to include the broader leadership or investment team once we’re aligned.
-
Yes, though most of my work remains in or around fintech, venture, and technology-enabled businesses. What matters most is ambition, clarity, and fit.
-
No. My work is about acceleration, not inception.
-
Yes. My clients are based across Europe, North America, and emerging markets. I operate fully remotely.
-
Mostly remote, since clients are spread across markets and time zones.
But I occasionally do in-person intensives, board sessions, or offsites when it adds value. -
Yes! If you just need quick advice or feedback, you can book a 60 or 90-minute Strategic Advisory Session.
-
Not actively. While I’ve made over 80 early-stage investments in the past, my focus today is coaching and advising founders, emerging fund managers, and corporate venture teams.
I occasionally invest privately when there’s a deep personal connection or strategic fit, but I don’t review unsolicited pitches or decks. -
Please don’t send decks or pitch links unsolicited. I don’t operate as an active investor or deal-flow source.
-
I only accept connection requests from people I’ve met or collaborated with.
If we haven’t met, feel free to include a short note explaining your context or what you’d like to discuss.
