I provide an independent, confidential sounding board. Together, we clarify the real issue, challenge assumptions and turn difficult decisions into practical next steps.
HOW I WORK
I don’t work transactionally. I work best with founders where there’s real chemistry, mutual belief and the opportunity to add value over time.
1. Fit call
We begin with a 30-minute conversation about the company, the issues you are working through and whether we would work well together.
2. Agree the focus
We identify the most important priorities and agree how we will work together.
3. Ongoing advisory
My engagements are typically structured around a monthly retainer plus vesting equity.
I recognize that companies at different stages have different resources, so I structure engagements to align our interests without putting unnecessary pressure on operating cash.
I never work on commission or charge performance or fundraising success fees.
Every engagement begins with a minimum trial period. After that, you can terminate at any time.
Coaching when you need it. Advice when it helps.
Some situations call for questions that help you reach your own answer. Others benefit from direct advice based on experience.
I move between the two deliberately.
My role is not to run the company for you or make every decision. It is to help you see the situation more clearly, make better choices and become a stronger leader in the process.
